The Bishop Performance Legends Club (BPLC) is one of North America‟s most unique racing clubs. Their ethics like Sportsmanship, Clean Racing, Family Values, and Fun, makes BPLC the perfect place for racers who want to have an enjoyable night of racing. The BPLC is a traveling series and has run on tracks like the flat quarter mile of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula (Kinross Speedpark), and the high banks of Whittemore, Springport and M40 Speedways.
The BPLC is an economically friendly series. To save on the cost of traveling, the club only schedules a limited number of races, and usually not consecutive weekends. At the end of the season, the club holds an annual banquet to crown its champions, including Series Champion, Rookie of the Year, Most Improved and Hard Charger.
If you come out to a BPLC race you will see one of the best races in the Midwest. If you make it down to the pit area you will find everyone from every team helping each other out or just hanging out. One of our newest racers family members said it best, “Either you people are the best actors I’ve ever seen or this is the best group of people I have ever met”. “Trust me when I say we can‟t act” says the clubs president, Randy “Bishop” Gallagher.
